1. What is the quality of your hair?
We only use the best grade of virgin human hair.

2. How are the wigs constructed?
Our wigs are made-to-order and assembled by hand in a factory. We then customize each hairline via the process of bleaching and plucking the knots.

3. How will I know if the wig will fit?
Tell us the circumference of your head or schedule a fitting via a consultation.

4. How long to ship in the USA?
Because of the custom nature of each unit, shipping generally takes 5 -7 business days from the time you place an order.

9. Where are you located?

While we do not yet have a primary physical location, you may book a free consultation to see our wigs virtually. We can also arrange to meet at our WeWork location in Brooklyn, NY.


10. How can I order a gray wig?

Our inventory consists of natural hair colors: dark brown and blonde. However, if you’d like to purchase a different colored wig, we can possibly customize one for you at an extra cost.
