1. What is the quality of your hair?
We only use the best grade of virgin human hair.

2. How are the wigs constructed?
Our wigs are made-to-order and assembled by hand in a factory. We then customize each hairline via the process of bleaching and plucking the knots.

3. How will I know if the wig will fit?
Tell us the circumference of your head or schedule a fitting via a consultation.

4. How long to ship in the USA?
Because of the custom nature of each unit, shipping generally takes 5 -7 business days from the time you place an order.

9. Where are you located?
While we do not yet have a primary physical location, you may book a free consultation to see our wigs virtually. We can also arrange to meet at our WeWork location in Brooklyn, NY.

10. How can I order a gray wig?

Our inventory consists of natural hair colors: dark brown and blonde. However, if you’d like to purchase a different colored wig, we can possibly customize one for you at an extra cost.

In the meantime, please book a free consultation to get started, as we will need to guide you through the bespoke process. We want to ensure that we can produce the proper shade and fit for your needs.

11. Can the wigs take heat?
Yes, up to 450 degrees.
